    The historic residence hotel is just outside the hamlet of Monteluco (about 1 km) and about 8 km (15 minutes) from Spoleto. It is located in a green place and offers a suggestive panorama. The structure was a hermitage, the rooms are therefore welcoming, suggestive, clean, but not very large, they have wifi, telephone and various air conditioning, no TV by choice). There is no lift. Perfect for parties and receptions. Panoramic terrace (up to 150 people). Well maintained and functional swimming pool. Good welcome from the managers.
